1. Who We Are

Nyro is a software studio operated by Exceed Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. When these terms refer to "Nyro," "we," "us," or "our," they mean Exceed Labs LLC and the Nyro brand.

2. What These Terms Cover

These terms govern your use of the nyro.co website, including the live app preview, the revenue calculator, the contact form, and the client portal. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Client Engagements Are Separate

Work Nyro performs for a client (design, development, launch, operations, growth, and the revenue-share arrangement) is governed by an individually signed services agreement between Exceed Labs LLC and that client, not by this page. If anything on this website and a signed services agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls. Descriptions of our model on this site are informational and are not an offer.

4. The Live Preview and Calculator

The homepage build preview and the revenue calculator generate illustrative concepts and estimates from public data and stated assumptions. They are demonstrations, not commitments: they are not a quote, a guarantee of revenue, financial advice, or a promise that any particular product will be built or perform in any particular way.

5. Portal Accounts

Clients may receive access to a private portal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at dmitry@nyro.co if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, the portal, or other users’ data
• –Interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation, or circumvent rate limits or security measures
• –Use the site to transmit malware or unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content
• –Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download site content or data except as permitted by robots.txt
• –Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a creator or brand

7. Intellectual Property

The nyro name, wordmark, orb, site design, and site content are the property of Exceed Labs LLC. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without our prior written permission, except for fair-use references such as press coverage.

Ownership of software and other deliverables Nyro produces for a client is defined by that client’s signed services agreement (see Section 3).

8. Third-Party Links and Data

The site may link to or display data from third-party platforms (for example, public social profile data used in previews). Those platforms are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exceed Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to signed client agreements, which contain their own terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
