1. Who We Are

Nyro is a software studio operated by Exceed Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. When this policy refers to "Nyro," "we," "us," or "our," it means Exceed Labs LLC and the Nyro brand.

2. What We Collect

This policy covers inquiries, public-profile concept previews, and invited client and team accounts. Depending on the features you use, the application processes:

• –Your name
• –Your email address and account profile for invited portal access
• –Project, task, request and business records entered into the portal
• –Connected-account identifiers, integration credentials and analytics from services you authorize
• –Your social media handle and platform (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• –Your follower count and public profile photo (pulled automatically from public profile data when you enter your handle, used to generate a personalized preview in your browser)
• –Any additional information you choose to include in the message field

The portal can process invoice, payment and revenue records from authorized integrations. We use necessary cookies for sign-in and connection security, and local browser storage for concept previews and preferences. The calculator runs in your browser without submitting an inquiry. Model and concept share links include their visible inputs; anyone with a link can read those inputs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) as part of normal infrastructure operation.

3. How We Use It

We use this information to:

• –Respond to your inquiry
• –Send follow-up emails related to your inquiry (strategy call scheduling, project information)
• –Assess whether your project is a fit for Nyro
• –Provide account access, project collaboration and authorized analytics
• –Protect the service, limit abuse and complete requested integrations

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate this website. The data each receives depends on the feature you use; each has its own privacy practices:

• –Resend: inquiry notifications and account-related email delivery
• –Vercel: website hosting and infrastructure
• –Supabase: account authentication, project and inquiry data storage, and application database
• –Composio: authorization and connections to third-party accounts you choose to connect
• –Stripe, RevenueCat, ManyChat, Mercury and connected social platforms: payment, revenue, messaging or audience data for enabled integrations
• –Calendly: scheduling when you follow our booking link
• –Appetize: optional hosted app previews
• –FXTwitter and social platform endpoints: public profile details used in concept previews
• –Apify: public social media profile data retrieval (follower count and name, from public profiles)
• –unavatar.io: resolves your public profile photo from your handle, used only to preview a branded app concept in your browser

5. Email Communications

If you submit our contact form, you may receive follow-up emails from Dmitry at Nyro. These are direct business communications, not marketing newsletters. Every email includes an option to reply and request removal from further outreach. We honor all such requests promptly.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Our emails identify the sender, include a valid reply address, and do not use deceptive subject lines.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and follow up. If a project does not move forward, we do not retain your information indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• –Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• –Request that we correct inaccurate information
• –Request that we delete your information
• –Opt out of further email communications at any time

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
